Stress kills. How many times have we heard that? Not enough obviously, given the fact that so many people live a fast-paced lifestyle with an endless list of obligations and little time for rest. There a are number of ways to eliminate stress. One of the fastest ways to reduce stress is to ask for help. But let's be honest, sometimes asking for help is not that simple. This could be for various reasons: fear of judgment, personal pride, lack of connection or support, fear of rejection, conflict of interest, or it could be that there is no one to ask. Regardless of the reason why you do not ask for help, consider this:
When you lay down at night and it is just you and your deepest thoughts, what comes up? For some people it's bills, health, money, children, past experiences, career, the future, etc. Whatever your concerns, use this space to help alleviate your daily stress by getting you closer to solving your problems faster with as little stress as possible along the way.
So, what keeps you up at night? Ask questions, get the help. You never know who else may be dealing with a similar struggle, or have a solution to your problem. On the other hand, you could be somebody's miracle; imagine that!
